- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, preferences, and concerns. Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and support.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses to provide insights into the financial health and performance of client portfolios.
- Utilize financial software and tools to generate accurate and timely reports.
- Support senior team members in researching investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment recommendations. Monitor investment portfolios and assist in rebalancing strategies as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in tax planning activities, including gathering relevant financial data, preparing tax forms, and coordinating with our senior tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Support the estate planning process by organizing relevant documents, assisting in the development of estate plans, and coordinating with legal professionals as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management and financial planning through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, family office services, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Competitive annual salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 based on the individual's experience level.
