    Job Summary: The Pizza Press in Brea is looking for a skilled bartender to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that customers have a memorable experience and keeping the bar area clean and organized.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and take orders for drinks and food
    • Mix and serve drinks, such as cocktails, beer, and wine
    • Check customers' identification and confirm they are of legal drinking age
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions and reconcile cash drawer
    • Maintain a clean and tidy bar area and ensure glasses, utensils, and other bar equipment are cleaned and sanitized
    • Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies, such as alcohol, mixers, and ice
    • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Engage with customers and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
    • Follow all company policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
    • Knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and mixing techniques
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
    • Must be of legal drinking age
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop
