- Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and leverage and assign work to paralegals.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to build compelling cases on behalf of our clients.
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation sessions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the state bar.
- 4 + years of experience in one of our practice areas.
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.

Position Overview: As a Senior Associate Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases, providing expert legal representation to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in either family, civil, or criminal defense, a passion for justice, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers a base salary and a highly rewarding incentive program tied to firm performance in addition to a competitive benefits package.
