    Trayt is a fast-growing, mission-driven, venture-backed healthcare technology startup located in Palo Alto, California.

    We have a disruptive data platform that is offering a new paradigm in diagnosing, treating, and caring for patients with brain and mental health disorders, including Autism, ADHD, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

    Trayt's end-to-end collaboration and data analytics platform unites the entire ecosystem of providers and caregivers around every patient.

    It is the only application to fully address the needs of statewide psychiatry access program with major customers such as the states of Texas and Vermont and powering programs such as Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT).

    Our world-class multi-disciplinary team has decades of experience in psychiatry, data analytics, and building successful companies. At Trayt Health, we're seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Marketing.

    The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and direction while being hands-on, helping execute all aspects of Trayt's marketing efforts.

    This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare and mental health innovation and contribute to our growth and success.

    Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
    Create and implement customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
    Craft and implement a comprehensive Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
    Identify and define target accounts and segments for personalized marketing campaigns
    Lead the planning and execution of ABM campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and more
    Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
    Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics to engage and educate our target audience
    Collaborate with content creators to develop customized content and messaging for target accounts
    Select and manage marketing technology tools and platforms that support ABM efforts
    Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
    Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve revenue targets
    Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
    Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of marketing efforts to senior leadership
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
    Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, including Account Based Marketing
    Experience managing all facets of marketing and external agency relationships
    Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
    Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

    Pay Range:
    Annual salary of $180K - $225K plus stock options
