The Paid Search Manager - North America will be responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the paid search strategy for both Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.

This person will be a strong, analytical focused leader who is consistently looking for ways to test and further optimize complex paid search campaigns to ensure strong ROI.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage campaign optimizations, such as search query reports, ad copy and keyword creation, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Track and analyze spend pacing to ensure alignment with budgeting goals at a channel and campaign level.
  • Work closely with the campaigns team, communicating on an ongoing basis and ensuring changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.
  • Test hypotheses to build a playbook of scalable and repeatable best practices and incorporate them.
  • Maximize full funnel efficiency, striking a proper balance of lead quantity and quality.
  • Anticipate risks and obstacles, and address them with the team in a proactive manner.
  • Manage approval workflows and ensure signoff from internal teams.
  • Produce regular reports and participate in monthly meetings measuring digital contribution to pipeline and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Experience- 3-5 years of experience working on paid search campaigns with $1M+ annual budgets- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads- Experience managing multiple channels/campaigns at one time- Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for digital marketing channels- Experience working with remote or international teams- Experience working with spreadsheets for project management and data analysis- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
