If you are a results-oriented, team-player with a track record for providing top-tier customer service, possess a "can-do" attitude, and have previous box truck driving experience, then we want to hear from you and how you might contribute to the further growth of the team within this role The starting pay rate for this role is $25 per hour.

About the Role

How you will contribute

Work is performed in a traditional warehousing type environment and picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas
Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped
Initiate and maintain ongoing open communication with IHRO customers, 3rd party vendors and other internal department to verify, escalate service orders
Moves items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Assist in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist with the physical counting of inventory
Maintain Inventory Control
Maintain accurate records
Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts
Respond to and resolve inquiries
Organizing facility, warehouse, and/or work area for orderliness at all times (5S)
Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

Unload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations, i.e., Roll Racks
Receiving, checking, and booking in of deliveries
Picking, dispatching related activities
Unboxing and re-boxing of items
Transport material using a box truck
Receipt and task query assistance
5S / housekeeping duties
Other duties as assigned
