Responsibilities:


  • Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
  • Verify quantities and inspect materials for any damage or discrepancies; report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Label and store materials in accordance with company procedures, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse or storage areas, including regular sweeping, organizing, and disposing of packaging materials.
  • Prepare materials for production by retrieving and staging them according to production schedules and requirements.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and recording inventory.
  • Good physical condition, including the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Pay:
$ $32.85 per hour
