    Job Description

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Working with materials such as cast iron, plain steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials; lubricating oil, coolant.
    • Reading and interpreting process drawings, setting up tools, fixtures, monitoring machining requirements, adjusting as necessary.
    • Operating CNC Machines, observing closely, checking dimensions, and making adjustments.
    • Collaborating with the Manufacturing Support Department to develop processes and programs.
    • Monitoring machining operations, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Prior experience with CNC Lathes, precision measuring tools, hand tools;
    • Familiarity with floor operated overhead cranes or hoists;
    • Effective communication skills within a team setting.
    • Availability for approximately 40 hours of work per week.
    • Ability to work the 1st Shift.
    • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with flexibility.
    • Commitment to confidentiality and a team-oriented approach.
    • Willingness to work weekends when required.

    Additional Information

    Benefits:

    • Starting wage at $28.52 per hour.
    • Shift premium available for off-shift roles.
    • Vacation and personal time accrual after 6 months of service.
    • Insurance coverage after 75 days of service.
