Responsibilities

As an office management clerk, you will be responsible for office organization and personnel management. This includes coordinating appointments, preparing meetings, and handling all correspondence. You will also be responsible for payroll and purchasing tasks. The training consists of four practical phases at our main office and three blocks of vocational school in Düsseldorf. From the beginning, you will work on real cases, as independence and self-reliance are important in your profession. Theory and practice alternate and complement each other perfectly. In practice, you can apply your new theoretical knowledge directly.

Qualifications
  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate
  • Grades in German, English, and Mathematics at least satisfactory
