Description

As part of a team of seven, you will work closely with our colleagues in various areas of entertainment controlling in Barrackville, WV.

You will be responsible for coordinating financial planning and creating consolidated, management-relevant information for planning periods, as well as monthly variance analyses for the entire entertainment segment.

In this role, you will live our hybrid model "Flexible".

You will work on-site for one to two fixed or flexible days, and on the other days, you can work remotely.

What to expect from us:

You will be the first point of contact for the companies you support in all financial matters and serve as a sparring partner for local finance organizations for budgets, 5year financial planning, and monthly estimates.
You will create regular segment reporting for management and the executive board of Seven.

One Entertainment Group, handle ad-hoc requests, and create decision and board presentations.

You will analyze the performance of business units (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, operational KPIs) and derive recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
In addition to evaluating business plans and financial models as a basis for investment decisions, you will also take on and lead independent projects on topics such as developing and implementing KPIs, transfer pricing, mergers, etc.
You will actively contribute to the design and further development of existing controlling processes and procedures.
