- Experience Managing over $200MM worth of work.
- Experience managing a team of 25+ members.
- Business Development Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5 years+ at Senior Management level.
