    Location: San Francisco or New York (onsite)

    Mason Alexander has been retained by a high profile technology company to run a search to hire a Sn. Director of Revenue Products and Operations.

    This role will lead a team focused on providing solutions to help scale support the company's revenue products. This includes internal and external customer support, bug triage, fraud/risk management, and product launches. Additionally, it will partner with regional sales leaders and clients on campaign optimization and measurement.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead a high performing, global team and provide exceptional leadership and collaboration to direct reports, internal and external partners, and senior leadership, including CEO.
    • Lead a team of product specialists, technical operations, and campaign optimizers focused on:
    • Driving monetization products to market and provide product experience and knowledge to sales teams
    • Triage immediate bugs/issues/risks to revenue and promote product health to the monetization teams
    • Ensure clients are equipped to implement measurement, set-up and optimize campaigns, and achieve KPIs.
    • Leverage data and insights to assess problems and risk to revenue, and provide robust solutions and recommendations to solve them.
    • Partner closely with engineering and product orgs on the development of our advertising products, and be able to properly relay customer and sales feedback while understanding the technical nature of our products and solutions
    • Accurately articulate product and technical knowledge to customers and sales team in formats that are easy to understand and digestible.
    • Define and drive new initiatives based on customer feedback and market insights. Develop and refine plans in a rapidly changing environment.

    Who You Are

    • Minimum 8+ years experience working directly in the monetization of products, and managing high-impact projects that span multiple departments, preferably in B2C organization.
    • Can demonstrate excellent communication skills, especially across both technical and non-technical teams
    • Technical or engineering background that can understand a company's products and how they are built
    • Knowledge of advertising clients & partners, and advertising landscape
    • Highly skilled in design and project management tracking.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
    • Technical/Engineering background strongly preferred

    This position is an in-office role based in either San Francisco or New York. The salary being guided is $250k - $315 plus a broader compensation package.
