- Efficiency Enhancement: Drive the development of detailed shot lists and schedules, overseeing adherence to these plans during shoots. Foster a culture of speed and precision among production teams to maintain quality standards.
- Content Utilization and Archival Assessment: Review incoming production requests against our Media Asset Management system to prevent redundancy in shooting.
- Project Oversight and Coordination: Manage all aspects of lifestyle shoots from inception to completion, serving as the primary link between various departments. Supervise logistics, guide workflow, track progress, and ensure projects meet established standards and timelines.
- Rapid Set Preparation: Collaborate with the Art Department to streamline set preparations, ensuring setups are ready for shooting within 30-60 minutes.
- 3-5+ years' experience in a supervisory role within film or media production, preferably as an Assistant Director.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a keen eye for organization and detail.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills proven in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams towards high efficiency and productivity.
- Thorough understanding of film production workflows, processes, and scheduling.
