Currently, StaffBright has a great Sales Support Specialist opportunity with one of our clients located in Farmington Hills, MI. We're seeking individuals with 4+ years of data entry, quoting, and cost/pricing experience.

The Sales Support Specialist will develop pricing models for organizational goods and services. Develop product costing models, maintain a material adjustment database, conduct contract reviews, and create a monthly sales forecast.

*This is a fully on-site position.

What You Will Be Doing:

Coordinating and documenting customer requests for quotations and maintaining related records.
Generating a monthly sales budget and forecast reports.
Creating detailed product costings and quotations.
Accessing customer portals to provide quotes and cost breakdowns.
Conducting Manufacturing Feasibility reviews to determine part routing, bill of materials, and costings.
Initiating the contract review process and confirming purchase orders.
Utilizing advanced Excel functions and maintaining proficiency in systems including MS Office, MRP systems, and databases.
Analyzing market conditions and competitor pricing to recommend pricing strategies.
Model pricing adjustments to forecast the impact on organizational performance and provide customized pricing recommendations to the sales team.

What We Need From You:

Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of experience working as a cost estimator, pricing analyst, sales support specialist, or quoting analyst.
Perform work under minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
