We support people with mental disabilities in their own homes. Based on §§ 78 ff., 99, 113 SGB IX (integration assistance), we assist our clients in leading a largely independent and normal life outside of clinical and inpatient facilities.

For the area of outpatient supported living for mentally ill and addicted individuals, we are looking for you as

Professional (m/f/d) for Outpatient Supported Living
Full-time

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a professional to start immediately or at a later date:

Diploma in Social Work or Social Pedagogy
Bachelor (B.A.) / Master (M.A.) in Social Work / + related fields
Pedagogical / Psychological professional (m/f/d) from a professional group with a university degree,
Special Education Teacher
Occupational Therapist
Registered Nurse

Your profile:

You have at least one year of professional experience working with mentally or addicted individuals or in the form of outpatient supported living, which you can prove with work certificates and certificates.

You have a valid driver's license.
