- Social media utilization.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to members' and guests' inquiries in a courteous manner, providing information, and resolving complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
- Welcome members and guests while utilizing club software to assist members in making and changing tee time reservations and tournament registrations.
- Assist the General Manager with overseeing the Club House and Club events.
- Solicit events; assist with event management and conduct group outings.
- Organize, monitor and maintain adequate Golf Shop inventories.
- Accurately process shop merchandise purchases and arrange merchandise displays to optimize the space and visibility of products.
- Operate within and applying the policies and standards of the Club.
- Participate in interviewing, training, supervising and scheduling staff members.
- Team player willing to pitch in where needed.
- Beverage Cart duties available.
- Experience working in a golf pro shop is preferred.
- Proficient in use of computers, golf-related software and social media
- Previous customer service & social media experience is preferred.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of the game of golf is useful.
- Sense of humor is a must.
