Job description:
- organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
- Must create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
- Must have multiple years of experience in the automotive (Tire) industry, handling the daytoday responsibilities of an office manager.
- Must have a background in accounting and be able to understand documents and statements related to the tire industry.
- Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and daytoday operation.
Responsibilities
- greeting customers and providing general administrative support to our employees.
- Handles customer order issues in person and on the phone
- Ensures that office staff performs daily duties, on time, adheres to all company policies.
- Other tasks include assisting with scheduling customers and deliveries, billing, ordering supplies, and the daytoday operation of the shop.

- Office manager's duties and responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making supply arrangements, and managing Vendors.
SKILLS
- Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or administrative assistant.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Payroll
- Some A/R & A/P
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- High School degree, additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
- Automotive (Tire) Office Experience.
- 3Refrencences upfront (required)
