$1500 Sign on Bonus

Job description:

- organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

  • Must create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
  • Must have multiple years of experience in the automotive (Tire) industry, handling the daytoday responsibilities of an office manager.
  • Must have a background in accounting and be able to understand documents and statements related to the tire industry.
  • Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and daytoday operation.

Responsibilities
- greeting customers and providing general administrative support to our employees.

  • Handles customer order issues in person and on the phone
  • Ensures that office staff performs daily duties, on time, adheres to all company policies.
  • Other tasks include assisting with scheduling customers and deliveries, billing, ordering supplies, and the daytoday operation of the shop.

  • Office manager's duties and responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making supply arrangements, and managing Vendors.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or administrative assistant.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Payroll
  • Some A/R & A/P
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • High School degree, additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant

Requirements:


  • Automotive (Tire) Office Experience.
  • 3Refrencences upfront (required)
