We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Marketing Communications Manager

to join our client's team remotely

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs to enhance advisor satisfaction, drive client retention, and elevate our client's brand presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a background in account executive or agency roles, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic programs to support high advisor satisfaction and client retention.
Guide creative teams in executing marketing plan tactics within budget parameters.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to allocate resources effectively.
Create and drive an effective, measurable digital experience.
Implement procedures for the delivery of advisor channel programs and marketing materials.
Manage high-profile projects to ensure compelling positioning and differentiation.
Monitor competitive positioning, industry trends, and regulatory issues.
Collaborate effectively with product managers and other marketing managers.
Protect and handle confidential data to ensure security and compliance.
Demonstrate client service philosophy and uphold Core Values.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience level:
Experienced

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or agency roles.
Retirement industry marketing or financial services marketing experience preferred.
Deep understanding of the retirement industry and the advisor sales channel.
Ability to plan effectively and execute complex projects.
Strong relationship-building and consultative skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.
Proficiency in developing data-driven strategies and reports.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Strong marketing project management skills, including email, web, and social media.
