Job DescriptionTitle: Marketing Director
Location: North Sioux City, SD
Reports to: CEO
Job Description: The Marketing Director will lead a team of marketing professionals to strategically plan, lead, and execute Sterling's marketing activities. The Marketing Director will work closely with internal department heads to support their teams and enhance business development in alignment with the strategic sales goals of Sterling.
Required Technical Skills: The Marketing Director should have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience using a CRM tool, specifically Salesforce, is preferred. Experience executing marketing campaigns using both traditional channels and digital channels is required.
Required Education/Experience: The Marketing Director should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a senior-level marketing role in a corporate environment. Experience in business to government marketing, channel sales, e-commerce development, and/or the technology industry is highly preferred. He or she must have a strong background in strategic marketing. A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required.
