    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Promoting the facility throughout the area community.

    • Knowledge of long term care admission requirements
    • Work with the DON and Administrator in a role of referral assessments
    • Authorizations and working with therapy
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources.
    • Coordinating the admissions process of referred residents.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and Third Party reimbursement.
    • Conducting facility tours of the facility for all outside interested parties.
    • Welcoming new residents and assigning them to their care team.
    • Managing all relationships with residents and hospitals, doctors, and facility staff.

    Qualifications:
    Preferred Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Work, Communications or other related field.
    -2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry preferred

    • Marketing experience is a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Working contacts to referral sources is a plus.
