    As a Lead Systems Engineer hereat Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, andmanagement of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, andefficiency across various industries.     In this role, you will impactthe development and implementation of advanced systems, where you will haveownership for systems at every aspect of the system's life cycle, from thefront end of business development through product end of life. You will workacross disciplines to drive growth and reach critical business milestones bydesign, develop, and integrating highly complex systems within HoneywellAerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet theevolving needs of our customers.

    KeyResponsibilities
    • Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
    • Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
    • Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
    • Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
    • Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
    • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering
    • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
    • Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision
