Supervise or monitor all projects in progress in the section to ensure that work is executed
on time and in accordance with the client's requirements and within company policies,
Responsible for daily operations of section. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and
development of staff; review of staff performance; maintenance of equipment; project
quality and timeliness

With support from the Division Manager oversee and manage the success of the section.

staff, project billing and accounts receivable, and project profitability.

Understand and be aware of projectrelated risk.
Continue to improve quality and efficiencies on projects.

Bachelor's degree Engineering or Geology and at least 5 years' practical experience.
