Job Overview:

Haffner's is seeking a District Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our District Manager is pivotal in implementing the company's policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong Communication skills to motivate others.
Proven capabilities in solving business challenges.
Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
Resultsorientated with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
Enthusiastic, selfstarter, with a high level of confidence and positive outlook.
Experience in Multiunit supervision.
Ability to train, develop and mentor Store personnel.
Excellent project and process management skills. Ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work to achieve corporate and personal goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
