Responsibilities:
Network and build relationships within the manufacturing industry and more to generate leads.
Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
Utilize various outreach methods to engage prospects and set appointments.
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our products and services.
Manage customer relations and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Strategize with clients to grow business and meet targets consistently.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
Proven success in full-cycle sales roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
Location:
This position is based in our Central Ohio office for optimal collaboration.
Skills:
Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Software.
Above-average typing skills.
Effective problem-solving capabilities.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
Base $55K plus Commission
