- Accountable for North America Transportation & Logistics spend categories, including but not limited to Rail, Road, Ocean, Air, Intermodal and 3PL Services.
- Manages strategic sourcing plans, RFx processes, supplier negotiations and contract execution to deliver procurement value and align with Company regulatory, cost excellence, sustainability and growth initiatives
- Expand and effectively apply category knowledge and market expertise to drive continuous improvement solutions and cost savings across all transportation modes, storage, warehouse and logistics services
- Lead supplier meetings and performance reviews with stakeholders, present category updates to management, and participate in multi-functional teams. In-person collaborations are required
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and procedures, as well as the timely execution of procurement-oriented tasks including contract management, price forecasting and supply planning
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in related field
- High-performing professional with a drive for results and experience operating in a transforming, highly-matrixed stakeholder environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation experience, and influencing abilities across departments and levels
- Proven problem solving, analytical and project management skills
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Spend and Contract Management Tools
- Travel domestic and international as needed for the role
- Bachelor's Degree required
