    Position: Patient Access Representative I at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist patients, families, staff, and external agencies in accurate patient registration, admission, and scheduling
    • Handle customer requests, questions, and problems following CCHMC policies
    • Ensure patient safety, including identification of special needs and infectious disease precautions
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with regulatory agencies
    • Complete necessary documents for compliance with regulatory agencies

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • No directly related experience required
