    This is an Onsite role in the Greater Huntsville, AL area, and Relocation Assistance is available

    Compensation
    Highly-Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

    Key Responsibilities
    Hands-on, out on the manufacturing floor support for day-to-day operations.
    Leading capital projects, initiating and implementing process improvements and cost reductions.
    Troubleshooting process equipment, recommending preventative maintenance, and assuring a spare parts strategy is in place.
    Performing time studies, evaluating existing processes, and optimizing engineering standards for the plant.
    Managing a variety of process engineering projects handling everything from concept to deployment.

    Education, Skills, and Experience
    Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree required. BSME preferred.
    4+ years of experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
    Plastics Manufacturing experience is ideal.
    Proficiency with Creo, Solidworks, or other 3D modeling software and ability to read blueprints and drawings.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with everyone from the Production Floor to the Executive Office.
