Your Responsibilities

  • Expert in processes within the assigned area, responsible for problem-solving and training of employees to develop a better understanding of process-related connections
  • Continuous process optimization in collaboration with employees from other departments in the plant and the central development department
  • Independent execution and management of projects with budget responsibility
  • In-depth analysis of processes, methods, and data, identifying potential for optimization

Your Profile

  • Technical (university) degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering, process engineering, or chemistry
  • Professional experience or relevant internships in a manufacturing company desirable
  • Resilience, high level of cooperation and teamwork
  • Initiative and independence
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for innovation
