    The Analyst, Equity Compensation is responsible for the day to day activities of the long-term incentive stock plan. This position will be a key member of the Corporate Total Rewards team and work closely with legal, finance and global HR teams.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for day to day administration of all participant equity plan transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Process new grants, distributions/exercises and cancellations for restricted stock units, stock options and performance share units. Prepare review of vesting details prior to distributions for annual and quarterly grants in coordination with finance and Fidelity team.
    • Create product IDs, grant load file and communications details for new grants annually and quarterly.
    • Serve as daily contact for Fidelity in resolving equity data record and participant issues. Monitor Fidelity processing and service requests to confirm correct completion of actions.
    • Audit and maintain participant records in Fidelity and equity related data in Workday.
    • Prepare data to support compliance of local reporting requirements for China SAFE, UK sub plan and other non-US special handling. Stay current on legislative developments and adjust administration process as needed.
    • Calculate and collect FICA due for retirement eligible participants. Track year over year changes in FICA proportion of tranches for update in Fidelity.
    • Act as equity administration resource to Compensation Leaders and HR team. Respond to participant inquiries and ad hoc requests.
    • Update changes in Fidelity for preclearance/blackout, plan documents and grant agreements.
    • Participate on special projects for global equity compliance and corporate actions as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS or BA Degree required (concentration in Finance/Economics/HR preferred)
    • Certified Equity Professional designation preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in equity plan administration, preferably in large global company
    • Advanced proficiency in excel and online equity record keeping system (Fidelity)
    • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to keep information confidential, work independently and balance multiple priorities
    • Work effectively in a lean/decentralized/complex/fast paced environment
    • Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills
    • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 70,000 to 90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
