Our care providers work closely with patients and their loved ones to help achieve their personal treatment goals. We provide a secure, healing environment for all our patients, staff and visitors. Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. We also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 to 17 and a substance use disorder intensive outpatient program for adults called First Step Recovery. Qualifications

Position Summary

Performs general clerical, secretarial, and unit clerk duties in accordance with established procedures of Clive Behavioral Health. Required to display a professional attitude in all aspects of his/her performance.

Mental Health Technician Unit Coordinator Requirements:

Maintains supply and accuracy of all forms and patient packets.
Effectively communicates with patients, family members, co-workers and any contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
Answers phone within 3 rings and directs calls and messages appropriately.
Accurately analyzes, interprets and transcribes physician orders.
Files information accurately within the medical record/hospital filing system.
Ensures Releases of Information are faxed in a timely basis while maintaining HIPAA and Clive protocol.
Completes the Census form daily for accuracy.
Ensures employees in department have a mailbox and removes termed employee mailboxes.
Assists Supervisor with clerical support to assure needs of unit are satisfied.
Performs various other duties as assigned or requested.
