    Job Purpose:


    The job of a Sales Coordinator provides vital support to the sales team with day to day activities and tasks, such as tracking projects, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems.

    Key Responsibilities
    Ensure customer requests and inquiries are met in a timely manner
    Generate, process, and track quotes through completion
    Data entry of customer and project information in Salesforce
    Attend kick-off meetings with project management and Sales Executives as needed
    Assist the Project Management department in the preparation, processing and approval of change orders and revisions for existing, open projects
    Generate internal quote number, SalesForce entry, and provide additional documentation to the Estimating department to complete a quote
    Meet with Sales Executives on a monthly basis to review, update, and submit all forecasting reports
    Processing incoming service orders via data entry, documentation and creation of file/ server folders and correspondence with client and service department
    Correspond with Landlord on behalf of the customer in order to obtain approval to proceed with the project and submit to the City
    Verify subcontractor credibility, provide non-disclosure agreement, and schedule for work as necessary
    Communicate both orally and in writing with customers, subcontractors, and staff
    Assist the Sales Executives with time management, scheduling of meetings and task assignment
    Pull job numbers into the corresponding sales orders for cost management as needed
    Ensure that the data in our CRM and Sales Forecasting software are identical and accurate.
    Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
    Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
    Request samples from vendors and personnel
    Create quotes and design proposals
    Download and review bid documentation

    Skills Qualifications
    Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    Salesforce
    Standard office administrative practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment
    Strong analytical and communication skills required
    Organizing, planning, and customer service orientation
    Great attention to detail and problem solving
    Proper English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
    Honest, respectful, and trustworthy
    Flexible and possess cultural awareness
    High level of computer proficiency and knowledge for presentation purposes

    Education/Training/Experience


    Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Knowledge of the construction industry a plus
