    As a Senior HR Business Systems Analyst at Snowflake, you will use your technical skills and functional knowledge to support the HR Business Application team's roadmap.

    You will be instrumental in managing medium to large-scale projects, conducting thorough analysis to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business requirements and organizational priorities, and recommending solutions that build efficiencies, eliminate manual processes, and support strategic, operational needs.

    This role is based in our Dublin, CA office and requires in-person attendance at least three (3) days per week.


    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :
    Conduct all standard duties of a business systems analyst including, but not limited to: gather requirements and define as-is vs to-be processes; develop scope in line with system capabilities; write test scripts and coordinate all UAT efforts; create documentation, training, and change management resources; support deployment and cutover activities Manage projects, or collaborate with our HR PMO as needed, from start to finish that have been committed to on our roadmap Commit to learning the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow HR application Partner closely with IT for alignment on platform and technical expertise, as well as periodic system upgrades, which include evaluating newly released HR features and developing plans for adoption if in support of operational needs Use your expertise and understanding of the business to influence the HR Business Applications roadmapProvide day-to-day production support for our HR Business Applications, which currently include ServiceNow HR and Simpplr

    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :5+ years of related work experience in HRIS/HRIT Strong, demonstrable background as a systems analyst - ability to understand & define ambiguous business requirements; propose and translate scalable, technical solutions; and consider both the big picture and minute details to ensure project and organizational successProven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal directionExperience managing complex, cross-functional projectsAbility to interact and influence leadership and partnersExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesDesire to build consumer-like digital experiences for our employeesA commitment to embracing our Snowflake values

    BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING :

    Experience as a ServiceNow HR Administrator Workday HCM or Greenhouse knowledge The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $196,300.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

    The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

    This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:

    medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
