I enjoy the creation and implementation of innovative and scalable logistics solutions that optimize cost, speed, quality, and visibility of cross-border shipping. I have successfully launched and managed key programs and operations, such as Project 124 China-US, Wishpost, Fulfillment By Wish, Self Inventory, A+, and Fusion, which cover nearly all of the company's volumes and generate hundreds of millions in logistics revenue and margin. I also collaborate with senior executives, engineers, data analysts, and 3PL vendors to design and execute data-driven and customer-centric strategies that enhance logistics performance and customer satisfaction. Some of the achievements that I am most proud of include achieving meaningful margin improvement, faster transit time, higher tracking visibility, and greater service stability, improving the prediction accuracy, and innovating the global drop-shipping approach. I leverage my skills in social networking, warehouse management, and customer relationship management to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, and to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within my team and across the organization.

My educational foundation in electrical engineering with a computer science minor has been pivotal to my role in eCommerce logistics management. The analytical and problem-solving skills sharpened during my master's at San Francisco Bay University have directly translated into effective oversight of complex logistical operations for an online marketplace.

The technical insights from my bachelor's degree have been invaluable in integrating software solutions like shipping carrier APIs and understanding the operational hardware essential to logistics. Further, my specialized coursework in machine learning from Stanford Online has equipped me with the data analysis and predictive modeling skills necessary for optimizing shipping routes and inventory management.
