Our Thompsontown facility is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to manage and implement manufacturing products.
Manage large and small scale manufacturing projects to support the plants and new product development. Evaluates, designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate, develop and implement manufacturing process and equipment.
Manage large and small scale manufacturing projects to include project timelines, capital requests and budget responsibility.
Lead new equipment purchase and support on-site installation.
Lead cross-functional teams in implementation of new processes, process changes, or significant manufacturing footprint changes.

Provide support to manufacturing operations including new product introductions, cost savings analysis, quality initiatives, compliance initiative, and plant closures/idling of operations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Min 2 years manufacturing and/or process engineering experience.
Significant experience in manufacturing process, including assembly in large scale production operations.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project and CAD programs (AutoCAD or 3D Modeling).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Excellent project management and budgeting skills with deadline orientation and focus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
CNC programming knowledge and/or experience.
Product development support experience.
