    Regional Sales Manager - South/ Latam

    Position Summary

    Join a leading global provider of smart energy technology today SOLAR Experience needed.

    The ideal candidate will be located in TX, OK, or NM.

    With a diverse product offering including intelligent solar inverters, battery storage, backup systems, EV charging, and complete home energy management ecosystems

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee commercial and industrial (C&I) sales for the South Central US, Mexico, the Caribbean, and CALA regions.
    • Drive growth in bookings and shipments from all distributors, end users, and EPC/development partners.
    • Serve as the regional expert for all C&I issues.
    • Identify and close sales opportunities aligned with strategic and financial objectives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with minimal accent.
    • Comfortable with extensive travel throughout the designated regions.
    • Bachelor's degree required; a technical discipline such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical sales, managing complex engineered solutions and multiple channels to market.
