    At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
    Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills.
    Ability to independently manage components of deals and work collaboratively within a team.
    Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibility in leanly structured deal teams, ensuring high levels of partner and client contact.
    Must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.

    A globally recognized law firm is seeking senior associates (years to join our Corporate & Finance sector.

    This role is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a passion for corporate transactional work, specifically with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions
