    Your Role:
    As an Advisor to the CEO at New Silver, you will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance, leadership, and oversight to support the company's growth and long-term success. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to shape the company's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and maximize shareholder value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a senior executive or founder with successful exit(s) within the fintech, finance or real estate sectors.
    This is a hybrid role, some in-person meetings in the Greater Boston area will be required.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic guidance and governance oversight to the executive team, leveraging your industry expertise, insights, and network.
    Provide mentorship and coaching to the executive team, sharing best practices, insights, and lessons learned from your professional experience.
    Participate actively in board meetings, committees, and strategic planning sessions to review performance, set objectives, and make informed decisions.
    Advise on key business initiatives, including market expansion, product development and strategic partnerships.
    Monitor financial performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess company health and drive continuous improvement.
    Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for New Silver within the industry, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners.

    Requirements:
    Proven track record of success as a senior executive, founder (with a successful exit) board member, or strategic advisor within the fintech, finance or real estate sectors.
    Extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and executive leadership roles.
    Strong understanding of financial services, real estate, and technology trends.
    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    Ability to think strategically, analyse complex issues, and make sound decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
    High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
