What you will do:
- Organizational and administrative support for the managing directors
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the office manager
- Comprehensive scheduling and travel management
- Preparation and followup of meetings and events, including correspondence and minutes
- Coordination of external service providers

- Professional experience in a similar field
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Outlook, and Word
