Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district office of Berlin is looking for personnel for the department of District Planning and Coordination - Socially Oriented Planning Coordination (SPK) with reference number: SPK_2023_Dialog_Participation, starting on February 1st, 2023, and with an indefinite contract for the task area of
Collaboration for Dialogue, Engagement, and Participation as a salaried employee (m/f/d).

Full-time with 39.4 hours per week, part-time (close to full-time) possible

Your tasks include, among others:

Communication in conflict situations, moderation of conflicts of interest within citizen participation or the implementation of results, for example between citizens and administration
Dialogue formats and informal participation procedures, promotion of engagement
Representation of the district office to the public for the topic of participatory budgeting, conception and implementation of public relations or media campaigns in close cooperation with the press office
Independent conception and coordination of informal participation procedures
