Weare looking for a *Sales Account Manager in Miami.
    • The ideal candidate will service the Kitchen & Bath, Residential Designer and Stone Fabricator Network who should be result driven to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and driven team members willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties:
    • Service existing sales accounts: Maintain relationships with current customers and provide support as needed.
    • Obtain orders: Secure orders from customers and process them accurately and efficiently.
    • Establish new accounts: Identify and target potential sales outlets and trade factors to expand the customer base across the assigned market.
    • Plan and organize daily work schedule: Prioritize sales activities and plan visits to existing and potential customers.
    • Adjust sales presentations: Customize sales presentations based on the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
    • Focus sales efforts: Analyze existing and potential sales volume of dealers to allocate resources effectively.
    • Submit orders: Refer to price lists and product literature to process orders accurately.
    • Keep management informed: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and territory analysis.
    • Monitor competition: Gather market information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques of competitors.
    • Recommend changes: Evaluate results and competitive developments to suggest improvements in products, services, and policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints: Investigate customer problems, develop solutions, and prepare reports. Make recommendations to management for resolution.
    • Maintain professional knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
    • Provide historical records: Keep records on area and customer sales to track performance and identify trends.
    • Contribute to team effort: Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall sales team to achieve collective goals. Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years in sales account management experience across the assigned territory.
    • Must be articulate and comfortable in a client-facing role, interacting with customers on a regular basis.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required for customer visits and business meetings.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the audience.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proven experience and familiarity with the interior design network.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and customer needs.
    • Proficiency in using computers and related software for sales and data analysis.
    • CRM knowledge: Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce is preferred.
    • Language: English required. Spanish proficiency is considered an added value.

    Job Type:
    Full-time Pay: From $70,000.
