    Description


    HRAIT, an employment agency, is currently looking for a candidate to fill the role of Branch Manager in the Moving Department of a Japanese logistics company located in Louisville, KY.

    Job Description:


    • Oversee all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, HR, general affairs, and sales.
    • Evaluate market conditions to identify current and future sales opportunities.
    • Develop forecasts, financial goals, and business plans.
    • Achieve targets and key performance indicators.
    • Manage budgets and allocate funds appropriately.
    • Maximize employee capabilities through training, coaching, skill development, and motivation.
    • Identify improvements, propose corrective measures for challenges, and leverage growth opportunities.
    • Share effective practices, competitor information, and business needs with other branches and headquarters.
    • Promptly address issues related to customer and employee satisfaction.
    • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
    • Build networks to enhance the branch and company's presence and reputation.

    Requirements:


    • Must have a valid work visa for the USA.
    • Nativelevel proficiency in Japanese and English.
    • Experience in the relocation industry is preferred.
    • Candidates with relocation experience but find Louisville challenging may start at a Midwest or Texas location, managing relocation operations for the Louisville branch.
    • Candidates without industry experience but able to work in Louisville are welcome.
    • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

    Employment Details:


    • Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
    • Job Title: Branch Manager
    • Languages: English/Japanese
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (8hour shifts)
    • Weekends and holidays off
    • 1hour break provided
    • Salary: $80,000+ Bonus (to be determined after interview based on experience)
