- Reports all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately
- Fulfills job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the organization's Code of Business Conduct
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team of managers and staff; attract, recruit, and retain associates and facilitate management career development program.

- Knowledge of other languages is helpful but not required.
- Previous experience leading a high performing team, preferably in staffing.

The Position:
The Branch Manager at Morales Group plays a key role in the success of our organization. The branch manager will supervise a staff as well as oversee the operations of their specified branch. They will also be responsible for the onboarding of new and at-risk clients to ensure that clients are continually moving towards an integrated use of the organization product lines and services. This position also will ensure the quality for services provided to our new and existing customer base. This Position will interact with recruiting, client services, payroll, sales and management in the performance of daily responsibilities.
