- A strong finance and accounting background with proven success in managing all functions of a finance organization
- Deep and extensive knowledge of finance and accounting for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Customer Service and Aftermarket
- Thorough understanding of FAR/DFAR and other government laws and regulations. Experience with DCAA/DCMA and other government audits.
- Experience with a variety of contract types and customers in government contracting
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Able to develop and nurture effective relationships at all levels of the organizations
- Capable of establishing a trusting relationship with the private equity investor
- Flexible, nimble and adaptive

- Bachelors Degree and 15 years of finance experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Undergraduate degree from a top 25 college or university; MBA preferred.
- Must have served as standalone CFO with full cash management responsibilities.
- Industry background in Manufacturing (Aerospace, Heavy Machinery, Automotive or similar industries).
- Experience in both large and small organizations and substantial experience as the finance leader during a major restructuring / turnaround.
- CPA preferred
- Work performed in an office and factory settings.
- Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.
