    About the Company:
    Marana Main Health Center (MHC) Healthcare is on the lookout for a talented Chief Financial Officer to join their Finance team. MHC is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) with a strong presence across Tucson and Pima County. The organization is dedicated to enhancing the community by delivering top-notch, holistic healthcare services.

    Job Title:
    Chief Financial Officer


    The following qualifications are required:
    - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA)
    - 8 years' experience in financial management
    - 5 years' supervisory experience
    - 5 years' experience preparing, analyzing, and approving financial statements
    - Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (or ability to obtain upon hire)


    The following qualifications are preferred:
    - Experience with Federally Qualified Community Health Center operation (or look-alike)
    - Experience as part of a senior leadership team.


    Responsibilities:
    - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
    - Establish and enforce internal controls
    - Identify and mitigate financial risks
    - Manage capital allocation and investment decisions
    - Prepare and present financial reports
    - Define organizational objectives and develop plans
    - Manage cash flow and working capital
    - Evaluate acquisitions and investment opportunities
    - Develop tax strategies
    - Build and lead a high-performing finance team
