    Job Description

    As a Healthcare District Manager, you will lead multiple units overseeing Food, EVS & Patient Transport for a healthcare account. This pivotal role involves planning, controlling, and executing our General Management program to drive growth, cost efficiency, and productivity, while focusing on people management and financial performance.

    The key success metrics for a Site District Manager consist of Revenue Growth, EBIT, Margin, Consumer Satisfaction, Client Loyalty, and Employee Engagement.

     

    COMPENSATION: The salary for this role varies from $170K to $190K based on factors like skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, experience, market data, and other relevant aspects. This salary estimate is provided in good faith by Aramark at the time of posting.

    If selected, you will be in an 'at-will position,' giving Aramark the right to adjust base salary and other compensations at any time and for various reasons, such as individual or team performance and market conditions.

    Under the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment.

    Job Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate should showcase proficiency in the following areas:

    • Leadership
      • Take ownership of operational and financial performance for multiple accounts and units. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence. Guide and support employees, fostering a shared understanding of goals. Recognize and develop top talent within the team. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Client Relationship
      • Establish and maintain strong client relationships for a mutually beneficial partnership. Comprehend client needs, communicate progress, and leverage opportunities. Support new business initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Financial Performance
      • Drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively. Monitor P&L statements for the district and meet financial targets. Educate teams on performance metrics and key levers for improving margins.
    • Productivity
      • Implement corporate initiatives for labor and financial productivity. Ensure efficient operations, cost control, and profit management. Maintain Aramark's operational standards and enhance supply chain efficiency.
    • Compliance
      • Maintain a safe environment for clients, customers, and employees. Adhere to all applicable policies and regulations related to safety, health, and wage and hour laws.

    Qualifications

    To excel in this role, candidates should have:

    • Extensive leadership experience, including P&L responsibilities in relevant industries over 5-10 years.
    • Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and customer interaction proficiency.
    • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain talent.
    • Capability to interpret and implement contractual requirements for operational optimization.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities across organizational levels.
    • Track record of success in business models and change management.
    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced business degree preferred.
