Join our team as aPartnerships Director , where you'll l
ead the strategic growth of our retail channel, driving increased sales, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue with our partners to achieve ambitious sales targets.
This role will focus on supporting Retail, AAA, Tour & Cruise channels, overseeing and managing middleware partnerships and new technology initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the VP Head of Sales, AAA & National Accounts, Regional Sales Directors, and District Directors to advance our business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Mentor and provide coaching, career development, and inter-departmental relationship management for the team.
Manage and grow National Accounts, AAA, Retail Partners and Tour and Cruise partners. Work to maximize revenue to achieve annual sales targets.
Lead selling initiatives with sales leadership by bridging relationships with partners, Business Development Directors and Allianz Partners sales leadership to close sales, direct selling activity to maximize national account growth, and assist with closing of key large accounts.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to maximize revenue, identify trends, and keep contractual obligations met.Organize sales efforts and ROI at tradeshow and industry events.
Conduct ongoing reviews of partnerships.
Act as key point person for senior level strategic account executives – sales, new business opportunities, and strategic planning.
Manage middleware partnerships in retail, AAA, tour & cruise channels
Focus on technology invitation
Develop and negotiate performance based and profitable agreements which result in attainment of revenue and profit objectives with all existing and targeted consortia to begin with a renewal/amendment process which includes:
Deepen relationships with principals and key membership at all levels.
Attend and participate in quarterly leadership meetings and present strategy and tactics that bring about sales improvement.
Attend and participate in annual National Sales Meeting outlining partner successes and future strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
Seven (7) to ten (10) years sales experience in a travel related field.
Two (2) years management experience.
Ability to lead sales initiatives, foster relationships with partners and senior sales leadership, and drive growth in national accounts and key partnerships.
Skills in conducting business reviews, trend analysis, and negotiating agreements to maximize revenue, achieve sales targets, and develop profitable partnerships across diverse channels and events.
Travel Requirements :
Up to 50% travel is required to include international travel
