    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist at TRU Merchant Solutions in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist in a fast paced financial services organization, your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting the organization by performing customer service and agent support tasks. You will also collaborate with various teams to streamline sales processes, provide superior customer service/agent support and improve efficiencies. This role requires excellent customer service and people skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills in a fast paced, at times stressful environment, are a must.

    Qualifications

    • Hardworking with strong work ethic with ability to quickly learn and utilize systems
    • Previous experience in sales operations, customer service or a similar role
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or other types of CRM systems
    • Proficient and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
    • Ability to interpret needs of customers/agents based upon verbal explanation of situation
    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
    • Excellent organization skills, time management skills and ability to prioritize work
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers/agents
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Desire to learn new skills and perform duties in a self directed manner as a professional
    • 5 years experience in business operations, customer service, sales support roles
