Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist at TRU Merchant Solutions in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist in a fast paced financial services organization, your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting the organization by performing customer service and agent support tasks. You will also collaborate with various teams to streamline sales processes, provide superior customer service/agent support and improve efficiencies. This role requires excellent customer service and people skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills in a fast paced, at times stressful environment, are a must.
