- Technical and strategic support function, which includes, but is not limited to: Analyzing and improving existing processes, as well as introduction of new processes and workflows Active participation in internal (international) corporate projects Streamlining and optimizing existing documents and forms Organizing data by optimizing existing or creating new databases "Bridge" function to several specialized and sales department in the corporate headquarters Support in introduction of new technologies and processes from corporate headquarter Performing trainings and preparing regular (quarterly) meetings for all sales members
- Support in all aspects of the daily work routine, which includes, but is not limited to: Preparing presentations (internally and for customers) Create or finalize visit reports and meeting minutes Track open tasks, create reminder in appropriate systems Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate. Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports. Maintain paper and electronic filing systems. Maintain confidential and sensitive information Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:
