How you support us
- Installation & cabling of hardware components such as servers, storage, LAN/SAN switches, backup and archive solutions, tape libraries
- Basic & detailed configuration of solution designs
- Migration of customer systems to the implemented infrastructure
- Conducting workshops to train the customer's IT contacts
- Documentation & functional testing of infrastructure components
- Supporting 2nd & 3rd level support in the infrastructure area
- In-house workshops for our service employees
- Independent and continuous development of knowledge about our products at a technical level
How you convince us
- Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable knowledge
- Broad basic knowledge in the described area of responsibility
- First professional experience as a system engineer, preferably in the IT infrastructure sector
- Ideally, you have first certifications in the areas of VMware, Veeam, HPE or Dell
- You are characterized by teamwork and communication skills
