    Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country.

    ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

    In this workplace, employees are given more freedom to map their paths to growth.


    Position Summary:
    The CRA Manager is an exclusive position available within Aware Recovery Care.

    CRAs are a part of a multidisciplinary Addiction Treatment team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program which provides services for up to a full year.

    The CRA Manager has hands-on experience as a CRA and has exhibited strong leadership and communication qualities.


    Position Highlights:
    This is a hybrid position out of Concord, MA
    This role is full-time non-exempt with an hourly salary rate of $23-$30/hour depending on licensure/ certifications, experience etc.

    Responsibilities


    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Effective and efficient management of a team of CRAs
    Monitor CRA Clinical documentation in the EMR system
    Audit CRA weekly visit logs, mileage, and expenses
    Assign CRAs to new clients based on age, gender, location, and personal story match
    Serve as guidance for CRAs and mediators in situations of immediate need pertaining toclients
    Supports and advocates for the CRA team
    Continued employee development and identification of staff training needs
    Extract requested client and CRA data from the EMR
    Report any discrepancies in CRA audit reports, higher-level staff concerns, hiring and development needs to the Executive Team
    Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
    High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    Minimum of 1 year as a CRA at ARC preferred.

    Preferred: 2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
    DARC or CAC certified or certification within 6 months.
